Accu scan 250 & Controller Question

I have 2x Accu scan 250 and I'm using DMX op. 192 controller. and I have them Assign as two different fixture. Now When I move both fixture using joystick at a same time Scanner that is on Fixture 2 move at slower speend then Fixture 1 Light. Why is that? and how can i Fix that problem.
