3D Visualizer with 3.0 MyDMX Buddy

i have recently upgraded my 2.1 to 3.0 and I use a Buddy dongle running through a Windows 10 laptop. When I open the 3D Visualizer I cannot get it to stay small and on top of the regular MyDMX screen. I have selected the button at the top of the Visualizer page that is supposed to keep it open and on top but it doesn’t do anything. Is there something that I am missing? I have watched plenty of YouTube videos but I have found nothing in them that helps with this issue.
