3D Visualizer closes automatically as soon as i open it

MyDMX3.0 also has the issue of 3D visualizer closing. My 3D visualizer shows up on the screen but there is also a warning pop-up notifying that they are unable to find /BASE.DAE file. "Would you like to research it?" And you can choose yes or no, if you click "NO" then 3D vis closes and can not be pulled up from the DMX3.0 software manually. If you click yes, then a search window pops up allowing to browse your files and to look for /BASE.DAE

This only happens if I try to enter a Laser profile. All other lights work great. Tried a few different lasers but unable to due to that error message.
