Hi all,
I am trying to control my lights with MyDMX2.0, I have downloaded the MyDMX3.0 software but I cannot communicate with the lights;
I can identify the device as SIUDI9C , MyDMX2.0 by accessing the Harware Managment section from the software settings. Also, from the DMXin/out window I can control the various dmx channels and the lights respond in the right way.
I wanted to ask if you can explain why from the console I can't interact with the lights.
Also I wanted to know where to download the old version of the software to try to solve the problem in other way.

Try the 2.1 software if your interface isn't the white box one with a LED digital display on it to show if its connected or not.
