Warp 250 Problem

hey everyone,

first of all: my english is not very good

secondly: I have a problem with my Warp 250...
I use the Stand-Alone mode, and when I turn up the sound, the Warp 250 stopped... It doesnt change the Light... I must every minute turn off and on the warp 250... Always when the sound is loud... (also when I set the sensitive to "less")....

can anyone help me?
