Hi, I have recently acquired a Dotz Matrix unit from a shop that had the unit on display. Upon gettIng it home I have two issues.

1. 14 of the 16 COB LED’s need replacing. I bought replacement ones at a cost of over £300 but got a reply from ADJ that they are out of stock.

2. The dmx channels only go to 52. I really need the 53rd channel which is master dimmer.

Is there any way to update the unit so it uses 53 channels as advertised?

Hi, so to get the master dimmer revised DMX functions, you would most likely have to send it to the local ADJ office for servicing as we can only upgrade the firmware in-house, its not something we have customer do themselves. Where are you located? That service center could also look into replacing the LEDs for you as well.
