vms4 problem headphone, cue mix

you should give more information, starting with the obvious: what software do you use?

I'm using virtual dj 7, you have some solution to my problem has three friends who also have same problem can you help me?

Make sure you have the latest firmware, 3.11, on your controller. Easy to update up downloads.

I have the same problem with the headphones listenig and i have the last firmware I`m using the same program as dj Vitor and all is in the correct position(as i see in all forums).
Anybody could help me?,because
in a few days I`ll can`t return the vms4 and this function is basic and makes it useless

kogi & vitor, have you been in contact with the support? i cannot comment much on VDJ, unfortunately.

I have whats sounds like the same issue.
My VMS4 was delivered a couple days ago, and i've failed completely in making the cue function work.
I get the master coming through, but when the knob is turned in the cue position, i get nothing.

I'm sure VDJ isn't the issue, as i'm a traktor user, and the cue works with neither.

Could you tell me if this is a hardware problem with the soundcard? If so, would I be able to use the Booth output, or another channel to cue from?

Definately doesn't seem like software or mapping is the issue.

Would appreciate some feedback.

did you make the firmware update?
are you in external mixing mode in traktor?

pls try both.
