VMS4 (midilog 3 treble knob)

I bought VMS4 2 weeks ago , and now i detected that midilog 3 treble knob doesnt work correctly , when i move it slowly doesnt matter which way , then it goes like all the way up and then down , like its broken or something. As an example: in VMS4 i move knob -100 slowly to 0 then it goes sometimes +100, +30 and so on but it should be on 0 and in VDJ same thing, knob doesnt work correctly, all midilog 1,2,4 treble knobs work correctly . What i should do?

It was always on my desk, never transported it , never felt down or something like that.

if it only 2 weeks old then contact the supplier / vendor as it will still be under warranty
