Anyone know what I can do to fix an issue with a Vizi Beam 5R pan and tilt? After the light runs for a few minutes the tilt stays in a down position. The motor has a pulsation that it moves a little until you do a reset.

Hello DJayFreeze, are you getting any error messages on the display for the Vizi beam 5R? If you can also tell me where you are located?

I don’t get any errors on the display when starting up or while it’s doing this. It runs fine for a few minutes then it starts. I made a pre set to rest it every time it does it but would like to fix it.
The best way to get the issue resolved would be to have it sent in to be serviced so we can diagnose the problem in house.
