Visualizer not present?

Hi ive just bought Mydmx3 and its not clear if the visualizer is included or if not where and how do you get it??? If i go to tools its not listed so imguessing i neeed it but how where its as clear as mud!-Help please guys

Hi mydmx 3 hardware only includes an EXPRESS license, you need FULL license to use the MIDI, 3D visualizer, and the Show tab/Easy Remote.
If you go to store.dmxsoft.com you can try the FULL license for 30 days for FREE, or purchase a one year license or a lifetime license.

OK thanks i have it now. Next problem is i want to add truss etc but cannot find how to do this, do i need yet more software?
