I've tried two different Macs and a PC with no luck. I've been doing shows with it for a couple of months and it works fine, just won't connect. No Help from Nicolaudie.
Has anyone had this problem or would know how to resolve it?
Using the included cable and USB ports are USB3. Powers form all computers I've tried it on. Once in a great while it will connect for a very brief moment.

Could be something on the computers firewall or AV software preventing the WTOOLS from connecting to the USB drivers of the WMX1. if you open WTOOLS without the WMX1 plugged in does it load up? Try plugging it in after already loading WTOOLS?
The window opens up (screenshot) that looks for the controller. I've tried all the permutations I can think of.
I've been under the impression that it may be AV software of some sort blocking it (I've got a boatload on the computer) but having tried three different computers I jut don't know. Of course all three machines, mine included are owned by sound guys. so....
it's very weird, email us this info to Support@adj.com and we'll do our best. Might need to have the wolfmix team look into it too.

Never did get it to work with my Mac or answer from anyone. But I found it would connect on a newer PC.
