Starburst Green colour not working

Green is definitely not working, the settings are where they need to be and tried reset. As opposed to buying a new one (painful just for one colour not working), is it cheaper to send in for repair if this service even exists? Thanks Chase

sorry to hear that the green went out on your Starburst. If you would like to send it in for service you can email rma@adj.com and we can set up an RMA. We would just need the serial number of the light, your contact information, and shipping address.
