I have one light that comes on with the unit. It is colored green. I use the included foot pedal for solid colors. However, when I go blackout the green light remains. On red the green light is yellow. How can I make all 4 lights the same?

Yes. It's light #2 counting left to right. I switched the cords and both lights are functioning properly. So the issue is in the bar. I took it out of the package and it was like that. Is there not some way to fix it?
