Snow flurry HO displays oIL

after i power on my snow flurry HO the display shows oIL and nothing else happens.

The menu buttons and the remote does not work also.

What could this be and what can I do to fix this?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the two VF Snow Flurry HO’s. It might be the sensors might have gotten stuck, if you look inside of the tank, it will be in a plastic part inside the tank that goes towards the front. You can use anything with a magnet attached to it like a screwdriver or one of those magnet tipped pointers to jostle the sensor.
