Smoke machine not working MYDMX 3.0 ?

Good day,

Smoke machine works perfectly with DMX table.

I can't seem to get it to work on the MYDMX 3.0 Software it uses but 1 channel on/off tried different dmx addresses that MYDMX 3.0 gives (of course adapted to dip on smoke machine and also different smoke machines with 1 channel from the list does not make any difference difference ?

Heat up time 3.5

Tank capacity 2.5l
Modes DMX
DMX channels 1
DMX connector 3-pin XLR

One way to fully test this is set the starting address to the SAME address of a known working fixture already patched, and then manipulate the channel and see what happens, that will tell you if its DMX from the hardware or if the DMX on the fogger is bad or has issues.
