Setup vs. Live

Has anyone had issues with setting up a queue and then when you go to LIVE it's not 100% correct? I've created new and copied, but there are certain issues where in setup mode everything is correct, but when I go to the LIVE tab there are a few lights that don't come on. Go back to the setup tab and it's correct.

Thoughts?
