SDJ-1 PROBLEMS

I have an SDJ-1 that displays "UPDATE UI", I talked to ADJ and they sent tme a firmware update, the only problems is that the machine won't read any cards at all. None of the lights come on and I need help figuring this thing out. Has anyone had they same problem in the past. Let me know if there is a simple fix. Thanks.

Yes sir, been that done that , search for my replies one this site.... I now got SDj2 gor problems also here.....
