saving presets

Hello Shep, when you try to save any programming or presets do you have the preset you want to save under selected first before adjustments? If not what you will want to do is select the preset first, then make any adjustments or changes you want to make, after you will then press and hold the preset you are saving under to make the change. You may need to rename the preset for the save to go through.

Yes, I do have the same start/save to preset. Still incorrect. I called adj support and sent a video showing what's up. Hopefully they have an answer. He did say this is the 2nd time he's heard of this with the LT Quad BT.

Which email did you send the video to? That way I can look into this issue and make sur we follow up.
