Music Yes we will have that version for sale in the Us aswell. That one is Green and blue. however at this time we have no solid info on the RGB or even the RG versions. If you go back and look at your PDF from LDI you will notice several new "royal sky" laser models. I do not have a MSRP at this time for any of the new lasers not on the web. you are free to call the 1800 number and ask for sales and ask them.
Sincerely,
I just called sales....doesn't have an exact date but it will be around the end of may to the beginning of June. He said he couldn't give me an exact price but it will be more than $ 500. He also said that the USA based version is going to be limited to 5mw output. He said on the inside it is alot higher MW but once it exits.....no more than 5mw from the lens.

He also said that all lasers American DJ makes are all 5mw once they exit the lenses no matter if it says 10mw or more.....there still 5mw.
You do realize that no laser legally sold in the USA is over 5mw? The galaxian sky says 10mw green diode. Well that is just the laser but it is regulated down to 5mw thru filters and power.

All brands legally sold in the USA are like that. Chaucer, omnisistem, all of them. All 5mw even though they say 30mw or 300mw. The diode laser can be high powered inside, but they all exit at 5mw.

I'm sure you have nothing to lose so go buy an illegal Chinese laser and see what happens when the stepper motor goes out while scanning and you have a 300mw pin spot stuck in one spot and burning a persons eye or skin.

Cheap lasers from china like shinp don't have proper items installed to shut off the beams if a stepper motor goes out. They don't have shut off switchs or anything.

Even better......try to import one.....1 out of 4 illegal lasers gets confiscated by us customs. The company won't refund you and your out the money!
Actually I should correct my statement. You can buy legal lasers over 4.95mw in the USA but they have to be FDA certified. Then you have to get there FDA licence. Usually are around 500 a year from the 3 people I know who have them....they said they all cost 500.

However if a laser does not require a license.....it can have a higher powered diode. It just cannot have over 4.95mw coming out of the front lense.

I'm looking to still pick one up and give it a try when it comes out
