How do you use the RJ45 socket as an alternative to USB?
1: Computer's ethernet socket > Mydmx 5 Gold interface's RJ45 Socket 2: Mydmx 5 Gold interface's DMX outputs > Lights
I need the information of how to set it up.Is there setting inside the software? Is there anything else I need to know to get this to work? Do I need to include a router in the setup?

Scott, as i said in the previous post you made, this will work exactly as you've laid out, just be sure to power the the 5.0 hardware over its USB-C port, and also make sure the computer is on the venue network so that way you can also use the app.
There really isn't any special set up, just plug it all in and give it a shot! 
Thanks for the moral support. It at least gave me the belief that it could be done. What I had to do was hook both the USB and RJ45 and go into the hardware setting and select the image of the hardware with the network symbol next to it, quit the software, unplug the USB then restart. It then recognized it. I also changed some network setting. Not sure what made it actually work but I will leave it alone and hope for reliable results. A Hardware manual would be nice. There used to be one and it not longer has the link inside the hardware setup. Bummer...
