I shipped my CDI system up to me school and FEDEX busted one of the drawers on the CD Player. I have to get it fixed ASAP. How should I got about doing it.

go to your local DJ Shop. If they can't fix it then your best bet is to contact American DJ Support. I'll have Support help you.
I have checked and all the local shops won't do repairs on it.
I called AMDJ Service and they said to call my dealer first. I don't care if I have to pay for it myself, I will. I just need it fixed. I'm in Northern Cali so I assume shipping wouldn't be bad.

you should certainly call fedex and file a claim with them for it.
I did file a claim, but it's not really worth it. Takes 3-4 days to have someone come and inspect it, then they have to approve the claim, then you have to get quote on repair, then approval on the amount, and then get it fixed.

Seems like it will take 8-12 days to get it fixed, which I can't do. Guess I may just take it to local repair shop.
BK.. you should really claim it with FEDEX. They will pay for the item, and you can just buy yourself a new product without wasting money repairing it. I had to deal with FEDEX before, and it was a bit of a ride, but once you get the money in your hands it's worth it. If i were you i would just buy a subsitute cd player to do your job, and cliam the file with fedex untill everything works out in your favor.
Isn't the dealer supposed to change you broken technique (it it wasn't broken by you)?
