ok um, let's just say that when i go to scratch in regular scratch mode, the cd player won't hold the spot that i'm at, it works it's way in reverse no matter which way i move the platter, I can't remain on the beat i want or snare etc. It's not possible to stay in one spot on a track.
yea its under warranty, i just got back from shipping it out... i'm really not happy with adj right now... i've had to send back a handful of equipment i've bought from them recently. I purchased a few lighting pieces for a show that I needed them for, discovered their were issues with the lights, sent them back in and was promised I would have them back in time for the show needless to say they never came on time. I've had problems with 4 out of the 6 pieces of equipment i've last purchased with them, which required me to send all of those back in. It shouldn't be this way. Mad
Unfortunately stuff happens...not just American Audio/Dj gear. I've bought mixers, cd players, lights, fog machines from AA and only had issues with one item. Electronics are hard to guarantee after they get shipped from the manufacturer. I had to realize this the hard way. Right now my Laptop is ****ping out on me and it isn't the company it's that computer having issues. Just use your warrenty and let them fix or replace it. Cool

MadMikey.. I am sorry for what your going through. I will have costumer service contact you and help you fix the problem ASAP. Please keep an eye out for an Email from Customer Service. Thanks.
no i understand what you guys are sayin about electronics and what not. Granted I understand things happen sometimes. However, lately it's been happening a lot more then it should. And it's not only that, I had two fixtures sent back to me and they were missing things, mounting brackets etc. I mean theres really no reason for that. My goal here is not to knock adj. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time. I'm just simply trying to express my frustration with the way some of the things have been handled lately. Brian and skillz I thank you for your efforts, at this time I have already gotten ra numbers and everything has been shipped again. Hopefully things will work out this time. However, I'm supposed to exchange two american dj spot 250s on the 17th because adj was supposed to send me two brand new units and they ended up sending me refurbs b/c they were out of stock. I'm hoping I dont have any problems with that now, it's just such a hassle to have to keep shipping things back and forth and have the down time while i dont have the equipment.....
