Problem connecting my ledj 64 & 56 cans

I'm trying to connect my ledj 64 & 56 cans to mydmx but not having any luck. I think I'm using the right profiles, it's a little tricky to tell.

I'm using the profiles under LEDJ. For the 64 I'm using profile "led64" and for the 56 I'm using ledj_par_can_56. Are these correct?

Does anyone know if the profiles are under Prolight or LEDJ? Or do they even exist and have to be made up?

Hi DVEnt, welcome to the forums.
The only way to confirm really is for you to send to me the PDF manuals for the lights and also attach the profiles from the my dmx library you are using in an email to me and I can compare.

Are you using my dmx 1.0 or 2.0?

Just for those who may have encountered this problem like I did with the LEDJ LED64 & LEDJ LED56 par cans, I've solved the problem!

These units also require dip switch number 10 (as well as the dip switch configuration given by MyDMX for that unit) to be in the On position when being linked up to a DMX controller.

The profiles for these units don't show that dip switch number 10 needs to be in the on position so just bear this in mind when trying to DMX these units.
