Problem after bought MyDmx Go - the app can't find interface.

Hi, what is your android device? What version of android is it running?

Huawei P20 Pro, Android 10.
I also tried other smartphones and got the message that the device is not supported. On this phone, I didn't have any problems, the app loaded smoothly, I could click on everything, it displayed the layout correctly. But there are no devices in the Interfaces section.

What is the app version number that is installed on your tablet?
Also, yes it is not designed to work on phones, while it may install, it won't actually work, but there is a min. screen size of around like 7 inches or something. so, def. don't try to install it on your android phone.

The message says:

"A tablet is recommended for the best user experience".

So it's possible to run it (I tried on other phone, and there it was not working). Only one functionality is not working (interfaces), the rest is ok, which means there is a bug in the software (or I forgot about something).

Right, so i just looked up your device, and it's a phone. you need  a tablet to use this application. It will not work on anything classified as a cell phone.

So why it's possible to install it?

Because Android development is a mixed bag of results at best. Tablets only. you can even use a cheap 60 dollar amazon fire tablet to get it working legititmately. but it will not run on cell phones, as stated on the product page under specifications: https://www.adj.com/mydmx-go

No problem, once you get a actual tablet device with the latest version of android or amazon fire you can find and if you still have issues, we can better assist then.
