PRO-DJ2 error messages

i have a pro-dj2 cd player which i bought 4 years ago. sometimes it doesn't see original cds (no disc) without any reason or stops listening (cds in perfect condition); and these problems are occurring more often since the last 2 months. i just CAN'T rely on it for a gig. Am i the only one? can it be repaired? THX to you people...

I don't know the Canadian support phone number, but I'll try to find out for you. Is the unit still under warranty?

thanks for your kind reply. unfortunately, it is not under warranty anymore. i'll probably go back to the store where i bought it; i wanted to know before if anyone had experienced the same problem.
