one of my Pocket Scans suddenly is not Auto Shutting off it's lamp. The other three do. It's set to S-F on DMX 81. It should shut off the light after 60 seconds of no usage but it's not. Suggestions?

Heya, does the mirror still pan and tilt while its on? It's an odd quesiton yes, I had one not turn off and the other did. Mainly due to a bad reciever mic at the time. 
hmmm, nope. I checked. Not to mention, the only time these instruments are off is when the music has stopped and it's dead quiet....

Hello and welcome lightgirl! now are you using a DMX controller with these units or are you running them S.A.? if so have you tried resetting the unit via channel 7 at 255? there might also be something in the fixtures menu system that could be messing with the auto shut off. ready through the manual. if im completely wrong here or anything let me know! lol. sincerely,
Running them through an ADJ DMX Operator. yes. tried a channel 7 reset and a power off reset as per the manual. The forum was the next step after the troubleshooting steps listed in the manual failed.
