Pocket Pro Pan Motor not working

One of my pocket pro moving heads had been making a noise when it did a 360 pan. Now it has gone flimsy and will not pan 360.

I suspect an issue with the motor at the base. I hear the motor running when pan is activated, but the moving head does not turn.

Tilt is functioning correctly.

Can you help?

This could be the pan motor belt has come loose, you can email service@adj.com and they can assist you with either sending it in for repair or guiding if you feel comfortable attempting any repairs or checks yourself.
