Hello, has anyone ever had a pan error on the focus spot 4z, if so looking for advise on how to fix this.

It happened at an event. Also is there any way to change the software version on these lights?
Hi, the firmware is upgradeable on the 4Z i believe if it has a USB port on it, but you will have to email our service team to discuss your issues before they can advise you if you need a firmware update or if the fixtures needs to be serviced.

I’ve already reached out to them and they want me to ship it all the way to California, which I cannot afford to do. I have another light, which I can use for my event tomorrow, but it’s not receiving my DMX input and I’m thinking it’s because of the software version. I’d like to be able to get the software downgraded back to .18 in order to test this. I know firmware can be updated via usb, but can software also be downgraded via usb?
Ok, well reach out to them again and ask about downgrading the firmware, as that team doesn't monitor the forums and I can't readily answer that question for you.
