operator 384 channel fader 4 strange issues

Hi all! Pulled out my DMX operator 384 tonight to find that the # 4 fader works in reverse meaning that when you move the fader up it turns the light off and if you move it to the bottom position the light is full on! Now it only seems to do this, while using it with fixture one. All the other channels and fixtures 2,3,4,etc when using channel 4 seem to work just fine. I tried doing the hard reset twice and also following the instructions for clearing all the scenes and programming and nothing seems to fix the issue. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. Jason
