Only Demo Mode

After a pause of six month in Our theatre mydmx starts only in Demo Mode and wants me to buy a New licence. But i have a license already. IT seems, if we Do Not use the Software for two month, IT will Not work anymore. What should we Do? We are using the Lightning only two Times in one year...

Hello, can you tell me what version of MyDMX you are using as well as the interface? When you pull up the interface is there an error message that says no license or does it say anything else?

Thanks a lot, I did an update to version of april 2019, now it works for the moment.
