I am having issues for some reason am not able to control my spotlight 250 intimidator with mydmxgo i have had added the fixtures and set the channels and mode, but for some reason im not able to control it. please help.

Hi, are you using the Intimidator Spot LED 250 fixture? or is it an older one?
Yes am using Led2t0 fixture and yes a lil older light
So, Im still confused, you have both the 250 LED one and an older one?
no im sorry..I have the intimidator spot 250. But in MyDmxgo only shows me Spot led 250. not sure if its two diff ones or is same one. I ment my spotlight is not new is older.
oh ok, so I think the lights are older and not in the library, but I am having them added. Stand by and i will tell you when to look for them in the chauvet area in just a bit.

ok so i added two to the online library, find the "Intimidator Spot 250 8BIT 10ch", and also the "Intimidator Spot 250"
find those on normal WIFI, then patch one of each and then re-connect to the GO and give them a try.

you must be connected to a normal WIFI with Internet, not the GOs wifi for the library to update, i checked myself hours ago, and they were there.

im sorry but im on wifi and still does not show me the ones u added what could be doin wrong. could i be searching wrong area?
They show up just fine for me, try searching "250" in the chauvet fixture list, like in my screenshot.

nvm found it but cant get any movement
OK then you need to make sure that the address and the channel mode match exactly what you patched, 10ch or 14ch, the fixture MUST be in the same channel mode and the same address. also on the GO you only have 256 DMX channels brand new, so make sure it is addressed well before 256.
