no wifi signal

it used to work but now there is no wifi signal the light blinks once and that's it. My Mac computer won't let me download to check the. set up. and it says this

“Airstream Bridge Setup Utility” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

Simply override the security block by control clicking the app in finder and then click open to override and allow.
