I have four 100W led moving head 12 CH. From slider side alla works fine, also color wheel works. In live mode I have only white light and colors adjustment acts only on ParLed light. What I miss? Thanks.

Hi, so this is probably due to the profile itself not containing any specific color information within the profile, more than likely the profile was made with out any known color information like if the manual only says color 1, color 2 etc.
I use a "generic" profile...so, if this is the problem, how can I add or modify a profile to give the color information?
Hi, you would have to log into your nicolaudie cloud account, find the profile and then edit it in the profile editor.
