Hi everyone, I bought these Brend SHEHDS lights but it seems to me it's a new product. I can't find the ssl profile in the mydmx 3.0 scanlibraly to make them work. At the moment, I only have the screenshot of the features, which I am attaching.

Good day, Jingles 8302, I tried the SHEHDS 6x15W Laser Beam RGBW Moving Head Lighting ssl profile on my dmx3.0, but the shape of the moving head is not the same as the original and I don't see the movements of the green laser as depicted by the SHEHDS company. what could be the problem. Thanks in advance.
The shape? in the 3D? Where are you not seeing what you think you should be seeing?
Yes, exactly in the 3D view the moving head has 2 projectors and by rotating them you do not see the laser beam but only a light
Oh ok, that is to be expected, the 3D doesn't support Lasers, rotating lenses, or in general "FX" lighting effects, it can only visualize, strobe, dimmer, pan and tilt, color mixing and beam size like zoom or iris.
Sorry, if you were expecting a fully rendered version of your fixture.
Ok, the moving heads should arrive these days, but if I connect them to the DMX peripheral, can the lasers be seen in real life?
If the fixture has a laser on it, and you control it over DMX, then yes you will see it "in real life" for sure, though you may need haze to see the beams in the air.
