Need Some Help Here… Chauvet 375’s IRC

I noticed when I’m the Color Fx is activated I have to color rotate speed set anywhere between 25-50%, it just flips through green red and white. It doesn’t fade through all the colors like it should and it won’t slowly fade either just a full color switch. If I manually change go to the color tab it’ll select each color without issue so that rules out it being a fixture issue. These fixtures are fairly new.

Any ideas?

I’m using the built in DMX profile on the board for this specific light model.

Hi, the profiles are made with fade disabled on color wheel channels, otherwise the wheel would slowly click between the colors, and even if fade WAS enabled, it still would be jumpy, since we prefer to avoid slow delays between colors being selected on the wheel fro mthe FX engine, there is no fading between color wheel values, it's all snap. I'm not sure if there's even a way to override this as i believe it is hard coded into the WMX1 software.
