Need help, trying to get the software to be controled by Behringer FCB1010

Hey you all, I'm new here and hopefully someone can help. I recently purchased the MYDMX3.0 and also a Behringer FCB1010 to switch between scenes, But I have had no luck in midi mapping the pedals. I have tried to get the software to recognize the pedal but have had absolutely no luck what so ever. What is the trick? I am running full mode, I am running a Behringer FCB1010 on a new laptop dedicated just to running DMX software. I have an iconnectmidi to convert from midi to USB. what am I missing? I have the prefernces set to iconnect midi in and I connect midi out. I have the scenes set but I cant get the pedal to do anything. hope to get some answers soon thanks you all

What happens when you open the midi watcher?

Try to enable all midi in and outs and see if something happens then.

If none of these work, download MIDI-OX and see what the input monitor shows.
