Need help resetting programming

I ran lights in a rented out theater recently and made a couple tweaks to their myDMX 3.0.

I deleted everything I created, didn't make any changes to the previous programming, and turned off the keybindings I programmed.

There should be no issue, but the owner (who seems to know very little about programming) is having some issue with his system now and is trying to get in contact with me to fix it.

I can't go to the theater to look at the programming-- the best I can do is tell him how to reset the programming, or perhaps load an old autosave from before?

Can someone please assist me? I just need to know if those are options and/or how to do them.

Hi, if you save your own split off copy of their show file, they just need to open their previous show file from before you were there.
but if the original file was over written, then it will be hard for them to restore anything.
