Is it possible to run myDMX Go software with the myDMX-RM dongle?
I suppose I'd have to buy an ArtNet universe, but I'm not going to spend 100 bucks if I don't know if it'll work.

Hi, im not sure if this is possible, but we'll look into it and reply once we know a answer for sure.
Ok, so after talking to some of the other support techs, the only way to use a RM is to use an android tablet and connect the USB of the RM to the USB of the android tablet, hardwired basically. and you may or may not need to upgrade the license on the RM to be able to use it on the GO application.

I already read all that...
The myDMX Go software and ArtNet universes are offered on dmxsoft.com when I login on my account and go to the "my interfaces" page.
I asked the question here because I did not trust it to work on my RM. Rightfully so as it turns out. Having my dongle hardwired to a tablet defeats the purpose of myDMX Go. I'll keep on using Easy Remote app.
I think those add-ons should not be offered on that page whenever the device isn't compatible.
