Arrived at my event this past Saturday and app would not stay open. Deleted and re-downloaded several times. Ended up having to run sound active mode on my lights smh. Reset ipad even... Anyone else had this issue?

Same for me. App closes immediately
After updating my ipad to the newest ios, the app is now opening and staying open so I suggest making sure your tablet is up to date
Mine does the same thing. I have tried it wireless and hard wired to an Amazon Fire 10. Sometimes it works, for a while. Then the presets I made stop doing what I set them to do. Have to shut down the fire and restart to get it to try and work again.
I was able to use an iPad and the app no longer crashes. Not sure what is going with the Amazon Fire (latest version). Maybe ADJ will look in to it...

Having same issue. My DMX Go app opens briefly (1-2 seconds), then immediately closes.
iPad Air (model MD792B/A), running ios 12.5.7 (this is the latest version of ios the iPad Air will support). I suspect will need to replace hardware (iPad) with a new model that can at least run ios 13.
Any help to resolve greatly appreciated.
Yes, unfortunately we had to make an adjustment and make iOS 13 the Minimum requirement.
