MyDMX 3.0 on M3

Hello,

Has anyone tried running ADJ MyDMX 3 on a modern mac? I’m thinking about getting one for my church as a (much) cheaper alternative to GrandMA and using it with a new M3 iMac, but I’m concerned about the performance on an M series chip. The system requirements call for macOS 10.10 or higher, which is an ancient OS at this point. Is this program still receiving updates? Has anyone tried running it on a modern machine?

Hi, we run it in the office on M series macs al lthe time, and we don't have any complaints or issues about it. the 3.0 software is discontinued so there wont be very many or very often "updates" and when there is, it would mostly be bug fixes and stability type fixes. We now have MyDMX 5 hardware and software.
you are able to purchase license upgrades for your 3.0 box to be able to use it on 5.0 software. just go to store.dmxsoft.com and log into your account and see the options for your device.
