MyDMX 2.1 3D Visualizer Crashes Instantly on Mac

Hi! I am new to the forums. I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) 2.5 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2 GB Intel and Iris Pro 1536 MB.

I am running (see pic below for version) MyDMX 2.1 with a MyDMX Buddy.

Every time I go into MyDMX 2.1 and try to hit the 3D Visualizer the icon is either not available or it crashes immediately upon opening it.

I am running 2 cheap moving heads 4 par 64 LED and Gigbar 2 in 23 channel mode.

Can anyone help me. My MacBook will run anything it is very good.

Did you purchase the license upgrade to use the 3D? The buddy does not come with it available by default.
