Hello, im new here! I recently bought a MyDMXGo, but after i connect to the wifi that the device creates, my interfase doesnt show on the software... Obviously none of the fixtures worked... I tried in 2 diferent tablets: a xiaomi pad 5 and samsung galaxy tab s4 with no success... Whats happening please help me.

on the device itself, does the LED read out on the GO say OF or LI?
Nothing, just the 01 like always.
Can you plug the GO hardware into a Mac or Windows computer and use Hardware Manager to check and see if it is functioning correctly?
Also make sure that in your wifi settings for the tablets, you've "forgotten" any other WIFI networks with internet connection where you are to ensure the device isn't dropping the GOs wifi for one with a stronger connection.
