MY DMX is not working

Hi i am Timmy and i bought the My DMX1 in August from the guitar center and it was working absolutely fine, i did 3 shows and after which connected it for another it just does not send a signal to the light, all the indicators on the box are fine all the leds are on but no signal, please let me know what to do.
