MY DMX

I finally got a good download. I like the software! Not as good as compu but for ADJ quality it is good! The user interface looks good and is easy to use. I like it!!!

is there a driver for the usb port for XP available for download. when i loaded the updated version of mydmx i am now getting occasional flickers of fixures. i reloaded te usbport and when it trys to install the driver it says its not compatible with xp. i think this is where my flicker is coming from.

Wes can you be a little more specific when you say the driver is not compatible? also did you try restarting the computer?

Can't find my disk, and my laptop wants to install the usb drivers, but after going thru the process of searching, the driver it locates won't install correctly. Where can I find a download of the driver?

Just install the latest version (Dec 2010) From the website. The link is below in my signature.

Will that delete the DMX profiles I have already imported to the program folder?

It shouldn't but just in case keep a copy of them on your desktop.

I have forgotten how to reinstall them! :-(

The file path for the scan library is OS C:drive/mydmx/scanlibrary/(company folder)

I lost the profiles, but found and reloaded them from your online files. Can't see to make it work right, this is the first time we have actually had the USB controller plugged in and I don't know if it functioning correctly or not, the lights aren't doing exactly what the are indicated to do in the troubleshooting pages, but maybe I have the wrong profile selection. Which of the profiles on this page are yours written to control? (StageApe FabFour)
