My DJ Scan is STILL broken.

Ok I sent in one of my DJ Scan R/G�s because it�s lateral mirror motor was not working right. Now that I got it back, the vertical mirror motor does not work at all. Thank you American DJ for your wonderful help.

So now what? I have to pay to have the thing shipped back, AGAIN! Is it possible for me to take the unit apart with out totally destroying it to see if the motor is even plugged in?
This is just like owning a Ford.

sounds like a loose wire from shipping, just call support at 800 322 6337
