I don't have one, I'm going through the manual.

Alright, let's just start with the insulting stuff, mainly because, you never know. No offense intended, but sometimes having someone restate something that may be obvious gets things right back on track.

I'm assuming the unit is plugged in, powered on and works stand-alone and is in a properly functioning state.

First, you've got your headphones plugged in. Second, make sure the headphone/CUE knob is turned to a decent level. See Page 14 of your manual. I think this may be the problem area.

Second and maybe should be first, turn up your headphone gain, which is incorrectly stated since gain is an INPUT function, NOT output.

Since the Headphone/Cue knob varies between MASTER and CUE settings(including mix and select), I think this is the one that is causing you to trip up. Play something on the left, hit your CUE button and make sure your Headphone/Cue knob is full to the CUE side. Repeat with the other side(but you shouldn't need to touch the CUE knob) and it should still be fine. Play something on the left, cue something on the right. Move the knob between full one way and full the other way and see what happens.

I think your problem is somewhere in that area. Just be patient and methodical and don't give up. It's almost always something simple that gets overlooked.

I don't use DJ gear, so forgive my lack of familiarity. I'm used to large format audio desks. DJ's can often times have a much more demanding and complex monitoring system out of necessity.

And my other question is: Why are you crossposting? I've seen this on the Atomix forum too.
Zanters,

First off, make sure your cue knob is turned towards "master" (which I believe is all the way to the right)

Then make sure the volume fader of the channel you want to hear is up.

That's the hardware stuff.

Also, if you're playing something out of your DJ software, is the internal routing set up correctly?
