MOD STQ Cube Help

Hi all, Having trouble with some new STQ Cubes. Have a series of 3 being controlled by a ETC Eos Nomad, the first in the line is functioning perfectly, I have control of all the parameters via DMX and no issues. The next two in the line are giving me trouble. They respond to programmed changes in intensity but I have no control of the colors individually (making changes to Red, Green Blue has no effect). They do, however, respond to the pre-programmed color macros via DMX. We do need more specific color control for this show so hoping to find a solution to this. It doesn't seem to be a patch issue (all are in 9-channel mode both in the board profile and at the fixture) with no DMX addresses overlapping. The fact that the other parameters (intensity and color macros) are working as expected leads me to believe it is a personality issue or a broken fixture, but wondering if anyone else has leads for troubleshooting.

Hi sorry for the delay, one way to test this is to change all of the addresses to the same address as the one that's working and see if the issue still applies to the same fixtures or if it happens to all 3.
