Midi and Operator 384

Hi everyone! I have a problem with my Adj Operator 384.

The manual operation of the machine is excellent but I cannot send midi commands nor is it recognized by software such as Freestyler.

I also tried with Reaper (which recognizes it) to send simple midi On/Off of the scenes but nothing...

Who can help me?

I need to make sure that the lights go on, off, etc... in time with the backing tracks and the click. The ideal would be to manage everything like a reaper!
