(Mid) August Profile Request Thread

Welcome to the August 2010 Profile Request thread. Please keep on-topic.

A few reminder rules:

1: When making a request, please state the make and model of the fixture.

2: Please post a link to the manual or a photo of the DMX traits or post the DMX traits. Please, English versions preferred.

3: If posting traits, please be as complete as possible.

4: Please be patient. It's best to make sure you're not under a deadline, like "I need it in 2 hours" for example. Please allow a bit of time. A couple of days is reasonable.

5: Please check the updated scan library link on the my dmx product page for your fixtures before requesting profiles. Or join my shared drop box folder. http://db.tt/6q9QkL The link for profiles on the my dmx product page can be found at the bottom of every one of my post.

Also let me add that if someone else get's their profile before you but you posted your request before them please do not be offended as some profiles take more time than others

Hoping you can help me!

I desperately am in need of profiles! the forum says to ask here - so I am graciously asking! I am having trouble with for the following fixtures;

I have never worked with DMX on a s/w basis and purchased MYDMX to hopefully get a lightshow happening. Another question I had - is there anyone reasonable that is capable and willing to quickly build a happening lightshow for MYDMX even for a fee? (fairly simple light setup) - with ADJ Nucleus as centerpiece. I have all the new equipment and need to get it functional ASAP. Many "Thanks" in Advance! Smiler (NOTE: my entire setup is within a 12' x 13' square grid of lighting trussing - 4 verticals with joined tops.)

Hey Jingles, I need a profile done for a par64 can that I will be ordering very soon. I dont have a make and model of it but here are the DMX traits for it.

7 DMX Channels.

CH 1 - 0-255 Main control
CH 2 - 0-255 Strobe from slow to fast
CH 3 - 0-50 Enable CH1-CH7
51-100 Program color selection
101-150 Program gradually change
151-200 program impulse change
201-250 program jump change
251-255 sound activated
CH 4 - 0-255 gradually change from dim to bright (sound activated)
CH 5 - 0-255 green change from dim to bright
CH 6 - 0-255 blue change from dim to bright
CH 7 - 0-255 red change from dim to bright

The wording is exactly from the chart I am looking at.
