MHLED 200D DMX profile

Hi, for the MH-200 LED Hybrid, look in the "Light-Inc" library and it is in there, there is a MKII or regular MH-200 LED hybrid.

For the 200D, I will keep looking around and see if I can find one or make it asap.

Any news on the MHLED 200D profile please?

Hello sir, I am an hobbyst lighting guy, I just created the ssl2 file for the MHLED 200D by the first user manual you posted here. Problem is that i can`t find a way to upload it to the dmxsoft website for everybody that need it to download it. So i`ll try it here in a new comment. Let me know if it works, the manual of the light is very weird so let`s hope it is ok, I tried my best following all the values for every channel in the manual

I also created a second variant ssl2 file for the MHLED 200D based on the manual seen pictured on that forum etc community. This second variant has 22 channels versus the first variant that i created which has 25 channels. So you can try both of them and see if either of them is good or not.

This is the second variant ssl2 flie with the light having 22 channels instead of 25

You`re very welcome! Don`t forget to check both of the ssl profiles (read all my 4 answers) and if you have time let me know if either of them work, I`m just curious of it (because i don`t have your lights, i just loaded the ssl files in Mydmx 2.1 and they patched fine, no crashes, other than that i can not test them real life because i don`t have the lights) Have a nice day!

I have been out on a 36 hr shift snow ploughing here in Norway and havnt had the time to test them yet,
I will of coarse give you feedback..  its the least I can do.

It`s ok, no worries, whenever you have time. It`s been my pleasure helping with the profile files. Sad to hear it is bad weather there, here in Romania is a weird weather there was 14 degrees celsius in mid winter, haven`t seen real snow in many years (personally i don`t miss the snow) .I wish you good luck there, let`s hear for the best soon.

Thank you for trying to make the profiles..  but I can not get them to work.
I have checked my dmxx cables and all is well...  I am using mydmx 5 /daslight 5.
The manual I peviously upoaded was a download and mybe its incorrect.
I have uploaded something new here... which I found on the sale site.

After much trial and error your 22 ch seems to be working now... just need to find my way around.  The one that was made by Nicolaude Group does not work..  I will send them a message about it.

Hello mr. Gary, i`m happy that the 22 channel version works for you. I don`t know which variant you found on nicoleaudio ( i made the 22 channel version and the 25 channel version also, both because i didn`t know exactly what will be good for you) ,so it seems you have the 22 channel lights if that variant works for you. If you have problems and it isn`t working fully let me know and i will check it for errors.

Where did you find the 22 channel manual as I cannot find it anywhere?
Could you share it?
There are a few problems with the 22ch you made and I have heard back from the site profile builder   "To add, the profile you've sent over is very "broken" for use with our software and would need to be recreated entirely"

So it would be good to have one made that we can share with everyone.

Regarding the errors let me check again the file i made, and i will compare it to the one posted by you. I will get back with a solution soon

So from what I see the file you attached ''MHLED 200D (OLD PROGRAM) - modified to 22ch''  it has some errors on the 22 channel part. This file was not made by me (you can see that in our conversation) . This file you attached is a clasic file that has multiple channel variants in one single ssl2 file. The ones that i made are single variant specific for either 22 channels or 25 channels. Maybe that is why they say it must be recreated entirely, because it is single not multiple channels variants. I attached a screen shot where i show you circled with yellow where are the errors and on the left side where the yellow arrow is, you can read what the errors are. With the green i circled the name of the file and the variant (22 channels) note that there you cand see that the file made by them is multiple channels variant (compared to mine that one is just for 22 channels and the other separate file for 25 channels)

They made me a 25 channel file from the manual I sent to them.
But mine is a 22ch--  I found out that the new unit comes with a different firmware at 25ch.
Once again I thank you for the effort you have put in this and we no I beleive have the two different profiles sorted.  This is good for other users who maybe come accross the same problem.  When the profile is finally completed we can ask them to add to the database.  :-)

Hello Gary, so from what i understand your lights are older variants with 22 channel that came with a manual for 25 channel (newer manual for newer version) .By the way, a tip that I do as a lighting guy, is that when I get a light with no manual I just take a big dmx lighting desk with 24 or 48 faders and 512 channels, connect the lights and start moving slowly every fader to find out what does every channel of the light. After I find the functions of every channel I write my own manual for it. But generally that is a thing for lighting guys more than DJs, because lighting guys have or get their hands on more lighting stuff. I have a desk like the one in the attached picture and sometimes use it to connect small lights that are no brand and have no manual and find out their channel functions.

I have managed to track down the original manual for 22ch  :-)

That is correct. All profiles being used should be made from the Profile Builder on the cloud.
